Make a Bath Scrubber Halloween Wreath | Dollar Store Crafts

I saw this and knew right away I was on to something.
I have had this pink bath scrubber laying around and knew I could make something out of it for Valentines day.
I can use this same concept used for a Halloween wreath and tweak it.
So I should have some pictures soon of my creation :)
